D:  Can your battery chargers charge various batteries, such as lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries and lifepo4 batteries?

They can't. Our battery chargers can only charge one kind of battery, because the charging voltage and charging curve of different batteries are different. For example, if you choose a lead-acid battery charger, it will only charge lead-acid batteries, not lithium batteries or lifepo4 batteries.

E:  Do your battery chargers support adjustable charging voltage? For example 12V, 24V, 36V or...?

They can't. Our battery chargers can only use one output voltage, if you choose a 12v battery charger, you can only charge a 12v battery.

F:  Do you have the battery chargers support adjustable charging current?

Yes, we have. Our battery charger D series can make with 2 sets or 3 sets output current be adjustable. If you need to get more information please go to our store column “Adjustable current battery charger”.

G:  What is the difference between a standard charger and an MCU-controlled battery charger (Z series)?

The MCU controlled battery charger is a 4-stage charging mode with an added pre-charge function. It supports to automatically cut off the charger after the battery is fully charged, the display shows the charging power, charging current and voltage level, and has overheat protection. The standard charger have not these functions.

H:  How long can I receive the charger?

Generally, the manufacturing time of battery chargers takes 8-12 days, because all battery chargers are customized according to customer requirements. If you accept the delivery time, please proceed with the purchase. After you place an order, we will treat buyer accept this delivery date.

We usually deliver the battery chargers through DHL, UPS, Fedex or other courier companies, and the transportation process usually takes 5-10 days.

Therefore, you will receive the package within 13 to 22 days after the order is paid.

About import tariff:

1. The price only includes the transportation cost to the shipping address, not including import tariff.

2. In most cases, the buyer does't need to pay any import tariff. But sometimes in some countries, customs officials may be very strict and require buyers to pay corresponding import tariff. If you have to pay import tariff, this is your responsibility to your country. The buyer should understand the local customs import policy before purchasing. Please try to avoid returning the package to China due to tariff issues, which will cause high shipping costs, these will be borne by the buyer.

3. Some buyers require low declarations of the product value in order to avoid paying high import taxes, such as declare 60% of the product value. We can declare the product value according to buyer's requirements, but we will not bear the consequences of false declarations due to low-value declarations.

If the buyer needs a low declaration, please inform us of the declare amount after placing the order. If you do not inform in advance, we may actually declare the product value. Thanks for your understanding ans support!

About canceling orders:

The order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours after payment, because the charger is completely customized according to the buyer's requirements, it is difficult for us to change the charger specifications for resale. Therefore, please carefully consider and confirm the relevant parameters of the charger within 24 hours after placing the order.
